Dolphin View is, in our opinion, the best little family holiday home in Nairn and it has without doubt, simply the best location - the closest holiday cottage to what Trip Advisor has confirmed as the best beach in Scotland.

Our front gate opens directly onto the "parkie" by the beach, right in the heart of Nairn.  50 footsteps will take you to the top of the sand dunes, where, if you are patient you may be able to spot the dophins.

The Marina, pier, lighthouse, East Beach and River Nairn are all to the right, the links, playgrounds, paddling pool, swimming pool are to the left and the town centre just a few minutes walk away.  Coffee shops, grocery stores, pubs and restaurants are all within 5 mins walk.

Children can play freely away from cars on the links and still be watched from either inside the house or out in the garden.  We have 2 bikes, fishing rods, golf clubs, and a skateboard for your use.   Tired and in need of a rest?  No problem - we have 2 TVs and a Playstation with 42 games to choose from.

We are right in the middle of Nairn's two championship golf courses, Nairn Dunbar and Nairn Golf Club, both only a 15 min stroll away.  Castle Stuart, Cawdor Castle and Kinloss Golf & Country Club are all within 12 miles.
